Shipping Policy — I Love My Specially Abled Pet!

Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (Canada) We offer standard shipping across Canada. Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days after dispatch. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order total and destination.

International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. Estimated delivery times vary by location and are typically 10–21 business days after dispatch. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country upon delivery.

Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at iffatdamji@ilovemyspeciallyabledpet.com and we will do our best to assist you. We are not responsible for carrier delays or events outside our control.
